Helen Buchanan (BA Acting, MA Actor Training)

Helen trained as an actor at Northumbria University and has appeared in TV shows like Emmerdale (ITV), Hollyoaks (C4), and The Syndicate (BBC). Her theatre credits include work with Northumberland Theatre Company and Leeds Playhouse.

In addition to her acting, Helen is a director for Enact, a company specialising in workplace training through drama, and holds an MA in Actor Training from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Helen uses positive psychology and humour in her teaching to help students embrace challenges and grow with confidence.
