Michaela Longden (BA Acting)

Michaela trained at ALRA (The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts) and since graduating has worked extensively across theatre, film & TV with screen roles in a variety of daytime and primetime dramas including ‘Hollyoaks’, ‘Coronation Street’, ‘Mommune’ and ‘Doctors’.

Michaela is becoming increasingly known for her work in the horror and comedy genre appearing as leading roles in; ‘Book of Monsters’ (SKY Movies), ‘Jack In A Box Awakening’ (Amazon Prime), ‘The Ghost Within’ (Amazon Prime), ‘How to Kill Monsters’ (2024) and ‘Eating Miss Campbell’ (US theatrical release). Michaela has just wrapped on ‘Barren’ directed by BAFTA Winner Simon Dinsell and will be filming period gothic horror ‘Baby in The Basket’ later this year.

In addition to her work on screen Michaela has performed in theatrical productions at venues such as ‘The Royal Exchange’, ‘The LBT’ and ‘Oldham Coliseum’. She is also an accredited Mindset coach and is a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). Michaela intertwines mindset into her acting coaching and has just finished writing her first book ‘An Actor’s Guide to Success’.
